Story: A skyrocketing crime rate prompts the South African city of Johannesburg to purchase a squadron of Scouts—state-of-the-art, armor-plated attack robots—from weapons manufacturer Tetraval. These autonomous androids are developed by Dion Wilson and replace the largely overwhelmed human police force. A competing project within the company is the remotely controlled MOOSE, developed by soldier-turned-engineer Vincent Moore. Dion is praised for the success of the Tetravaal, but Vincent is jealous when the police are unwilling to pay equal attention to his heavy-arms stage.
